• Business information — store name provided by shop owners
• Customer data — names, phone numbers, and purchase records entered by shop owners
• Transaction data — purchase amounts, dates, and payment status
• Device token — used to send push notifications to customers

• To verify your identity via OTP (one-time password)
• To store and display your shop's credit records
• To send purchase notifications to customers
• To provide analytics to shop owners about their business
• To improve the Amaah application

3. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Expo — for push notification delivery
• WhatsApp/Meta — for sending OTP verification codes
• When required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@amaahapp.com. Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security, encrypted connections, and phone number authentication to protect your data.

Amaah is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
