These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Amaah mobile application ("Service"), developed and operated by Warcusub. By using Amaah, you agree to these Terms.
Amaah is a credit tracking tool designed for shop owners and their customers in Somalia. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To use Amaah, you must register with a valid phone number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Shop owners are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, including customer names, phone numbers, and purchase amounts. Customers consent to having their purchase data recorded by the shop owner when they use Amaah.
Amaah offers a free plan and a Pro plan. Pro plan pricing and features are displayed within the app. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@amaahapp.com.
Amaah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Warcusub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Amaah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Amaah after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
